request is made prior to 72 hours of initiation of plan / journey / package etc. |

Cancellations of orders / package / plan etc shall have to be informed by correspondence by mail / email from concerned authority signed and under seal of |

company with complete details of order. |

No cancellations are entertained for those products / packages that Tulsidas Khimji Holidays Pvt. Ltd. marketing team has obtained on special occasions / schemes / |

tatkal / urgent basis. |

Refund Policy |

Refunds of cancelled orders shall be conditional and as per terms and conditions of third parties involved (such as airlines, railway, hotels or national/international agencies etc). Please note that any cancellations before 72 hours of initiation shall treated as cancelled and shall not be applicable for refunds. Refunds (if any) shall be made to concerned parties after 7 days from receipt from concerned parties. |
