The East India Cotton Association appointed us as one of the controllers with the responsibility to draw samples of the cotton bales ready for shipment, submit them to the Ad Hoc Committee of the Association to certify the samples and then allow their removal to the docks for shipment after stamping the bales as approved by the Ad Hoc Committee.
